新雜誌發行啦!

這期雜誌的特集是介紹日本料理的食譜。

和風廚房好幫手!日本料理食譜用語全集
因爲我們經常接到讀者的來信問道:「甜料酒(味醂)是什麼?」
「普通的高湯素跟鰹魚高湯素哪裡不一樣?」
為了回答讀者們的這些疑問,順便讓日本人重新認識自己的飲食文化,
我們將在本期當中為您介紹日本料理的各種基本知識。

大家可以到各地中華超市門前領取雜誌,也歡迎多提意見喔。

本期的封面也跟以往不同,不知大家注意到沒有。
從本期開始我們把主要内容也寫在封面上,讓大家更能對雜誌内容一目了然。
我覺得很吸引人,各位覺得如何?

Hi I was just passing at random. Pressed Next Blog and up you popped! Chinese is surely the funkiest written language on earth... how amazing your characters are! I love them though I wish I could read and write them !!

I try to collect each J-goods every time I see one and I have visited some restaurants you recommend. I want to thank you for sharing those good info with us. I did enjoy those restaurants I went.
